Responsibilities

• Analyze, review and research various client requirements. Understand the major objectives of requirements and estimate required changes.
• Identify the scope and use cases of requirements. Document them formally along with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Plan the roadmap and timeline to execute requirement and communicate with Team Lead, Product Owner and Project Manager.
• Prepare detailed SRS document and Wireframes/Prototype to demonstrate the User Experience and User Interface.
• Collaborate with Developers and QA Team and assist them throughout SDLC to resolve conflicts and ensure bug-free and timely project delivery.

Major Impacts

• Lead and Mentored team members in the Integration project of Lumidigm Fingerprint scanners in biometric devices to enhance Fingerprint matching and syncing process.
• Managed Dashboard & Reports Solution from scratch to supplement the ACD system of SARVAM PBX.
• Implemented proprietary communication architecture between Client Devices and Servers to allow offline transactions in Cafeteria in case of network failure.
• Enhanced the UI/UX of PARISAT Video Conferencing Solution to make it more attractive and user-friendly.
• Adapted various methodologies to speed up Face Recognition process and reduce Rejection rate along with Automatic Face Enrollment process that made User Enrollment up to 3X faster.
